The real enemy of wholeness and radiant health is so subtle: it is a deep, primal resistance to Life. This is mirrored bodily in our repression of our sexual energies. Mind and body are one unit… so below, so above… so above, so below.
We should have been trained as youth to always welcome the innocence of our primal Life force, and to guide and direct it instead of repressing it. When welcomed and unrepressed it loses its urgency (aka lust) and becomes a sweet fragrance of Life freely circulating through our entire body/mind system, soothing, invigorating, delighting and healing us. In this way our soul also becomes unrepressed and fearless, welcoming the sublime Breath of Life, the free circulation of Chi, of Prana, of the Holy Spirit… always flowing, always saying Yes, remaining open and free.
With this free flow within, our body/mind system learns the supreme value of being reconnected to Life, to the Universe, to harmony, to God, and follows its awakened instincts of honor, happiness and Love. No one uses or abuses another when they glimpse the luminous face of God everywhere.
